Cocktail of the Month: Chocolate Covered Cherry Hot Cocoa

6 ounces hot cocoa (homemade or from mix)
1 teaspoon orgeat syrup
1 ounce creme de cacao
1 ounce brandy
Whipped cream
Maraschino cherry for garnish
This romantic and toasty cocktail is perfect to keep you warm and to serve up on Valentine's Day! Start by preparing the hot cocoa. Tip: For richer cocoa, use a combination of half-and-half and milk. Add orgeat, brandy and creme de cacao to a large mug. Pour hot cocoa over the liquor and stir to combine. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a cherry.
