3–4 sprigs of thyme
1 cup kombucha
1 cup champagne
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
We love this healthy twist on a classic cocktail from the blog Choosing Chia! It's easy: smack the thyme with your hands to release the aroma, then add it to a pitcher. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix, then divide evenly into champagne glasses. Enjoy!
